The first phase of the operationalization of the Political Affairs Cluster of the Economic, Social ans Cultrual Council of the African Union began with the conlusion of the Constitutive meeting of the Core Group for the Operationalization of the ECOSOCC Political Affairs Cluster in Nairobi, Kenya from 11 to 12 October 2015.
